Terms of Service

By booking a session and purchasing images, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Booking
A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your session date. Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Image Delivery
Final images are delivered via an online gallery. Please download and back up your images promptly, as long-term storage is not guaranteed.

Copyright & Usage
All images are the intellectual property of Camryn Martin Photography and are protected by copyright law. Clients are granted a personal-use license, allowing them to download, print, and share images for personal use. Images may not be altered, filtered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Social Media Sharing
You are welcome to share your images! Please avoid applying additional filters, and credit/tagging is always appreciated.

Model Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Camryn Martin Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Liability
In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the return of payments made.
